ESG
ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) and ethical considerations are integral to our investment decisions and how we operate as a firm. We focus on four key areas: Governance, Workers, Community and Environment. We have developed an ESG Framework which highlights the main issues in these areas for the types of business that we invest in.

Volunteering
CGE encourages all employees to volunteer, utilising their skills to have maximum impact on the causes they care about. CGE organises multiple team volunteer initiatives annually, enabling staff to collaborate and make a positive impact within our surrounding communities.

CGE is proud to be a signatory to the UN Principles of Responsible Investment (UNPRI) and the Initiative Climate International (iCI). We are committed to continuously improving our ESG standards to deliver sustainable growth responsibly.
Environmental Impact
At CGE, we aim to reduce the environmental impact of our operations and of our use of energy and other resources. Since our launch we have run on 100% renewable energy. We have calculated our carbon emissions each year to allow offsets and targeted efficiency improvements.
